    onion with poppy seed dressing.
  • Smoked Whitefish Pâté - served with flatbread crackers and English cucumbers.
  • Asparagus Bisque - fresh spring flavor with crème fraîche.

Entrees - Choose One:

  • Beouf Benedict - two poached eggs, steak medallions and foccia topped with
    Hollandaise sauce, served with a side of redskins.
  • Seafood Cakes - delicious shrimp, crab and salmon cakes served with redskins and
    spring vegetable.
  • Spring Veggie Ravioli - spinach, asparagus, carrot, zucchini and carrot filled ravioli
    with parmesan cream sauce.
  • Pork Loin Provence - balsamic marinated pork tenderoin topped with artichoke
    hearts, roasted peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, kalamata olives, feta cheese and wilted
    spinach with heirgloom grains.
  • Chicken Parisian - sautéed all natural chicken breast topped with artichoke hearts
    and a lemon caper Beurre blanc, served with heirloom grains and spring vegetable.
  • Chicken Cordon Bleu Crêpes - 2 crêpes filled with chicken, proscuitto and Swiss
    cheese topped with parmesan cream sauce and served with spring vegetable.
